Corona Virus Response and FAQ

As the impact of COVID-19 grows, we think it is important that you hear directly from us about the mitigation efforts we have enacted to reduce the risk to you and our employees

Our focus remains on the health and safety of our employees and customers while doing our part to restrict the spread of disease. We know it is critical for us to be transparent with information, and to be as proactive as possible.

Thank you

First, we would like to thank our crew in taking the risk and putting themselves in harm's way to be able to serve you and secure food to you and the needy at this tough times, trust us, food has become scarce.

Being Proactive

We have been reinforcing our standard sanitation procedures, we have dramatically increased our cleaning frequency for things such as

  • wiping down all touchpoints,
  • counters,
  • condiment areas,
  • beverage stations,
  • door handles,
  • power switches,
  • register terminals.

Our Safe Delivery Procedure: We have trained our driver to work as safely as possible. We reminded them to wash their hands, per clinical procedure, before each food packaging order. We also instructed them to sanitize their hands before taking the packaged food from their cars, one more time before delivery and we closed the loop by washing their hands immediately after each delivery once the walk inside the store.

These enhanced sanitizing procedures were implemented before the outbreak reducing any chances for the spread.

We have beefed up our policy for reporting illness. We instructed our employees to inform us if they may have been exposed to the coronavirus, or are being treated or tested for the coronavirus, or are experiencing flu-like symptoms. We also requested them to notify us if their family members have been exposed to, infected or show symptoms.
